I put my 10,000 hours in a at mainstream advertising agency running projects for Fortune 500 clients including Deckers, Disney, Adidas, Beats By Dre, Pepsi, Nike & more. After that I started my own boutique firm and worked on campaigns for Skullcandy, Casio, Universal, Estée Lauder & more. Prior to the agency world I ran a punk record label and then produced a fashion trade show called United in Las Vegas and New York City.
